Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If the goods are not in good conditions, you may return the Product to us within seven (7) days of receipt. HOWEVER, WE SHALL NOT ENTERTAINED ON WRONGLY ORDER PRODUCTS. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable return requests, we reserve the right to refuse or deny any or all requests for return at our sole discretion.

VERATI SDN BHD does not provide direct/immediate exchange of returned products. Instead, upon the successful return and acceptance of your returned product, Store Credits will be issued to you via Your Store Account for you to make any new orders on VERATI SDN BHD. Note that Store Credits issued for returns will be based on your original order transaction amount less any shipping costs that was included. Unless otherwise indicated by VERATI SDN BHD in writing, customers are responsible for any cost of sending their return product back to VERATI SDN BHD for assessment.

Items should be returned unused, and with any price or brand tags still attached. Returns that are used, damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer (at the customer’s expense) and the request for return refused. Where provided, or any packaging such as delivery order, tax invoice, authenticity cards and warranty card should be included with your return.

Please note that request for returns made after seven (7) days upon receipt of products will only be granted at our discretion. Please seek to send items within fourteen (14) days of the date of VERATI SDN BHD official acceptance of your request for return. Products sent to us outside these timeframes may be not accepted at the discretion of VERATI SDN BHD.

Return Process

  1. Please email to within seven (7) days upon receipt of products. Your request should include the reason(s) for the return.
  2. You will be notified by email once your request has been received and approved. We aim to respond to all return requests in 2-4 working days.
  3. Returns will require that the product(s) in question be sent, in their original condition of receipt within fourteen (14) days, to the following address:

  4. In order to review a request for return, we reserve the right to request that the product in question be sent, at your cost, to the above address for further evaluation and consideration. This does not automatically lead to an obligation on the part of VERATI SDN BHD to accept the request for return.
  5. Please note that items that are damaged due to purchaser’s fault or due to normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. This assessment will take 3-7 working days upon our receipt of the returned item.
  6. For return requests that have been accepted, we will issue online Store Credits in a form of E-gift cards for your replacement order or your next purchase on VERATI SDN BHD. You can check the status of your return request or Store Credit update via Your Store Account.
  7. Note that Store Credits/E-gift cards issued for returns will be based on your original order transaction amount less any shipping costs that was included.

Store Credits / E-gift Cards

Upon the successful return and acceptance of your returned product, Store Credits in a form of E-gift cards will be issued to you via Your Store Account for you to make any new orders on VERATI SDN BHD.

New orders that are made with Store Credits, which have previously been issued for your returned products, are not eligible for any subsequent returns. Please ensure to order the right item when you are re-ordering a replacement for your returned product.

Note that these Store Credits will be available for your use up to Six (6) months from the date of issue, and will be expired thereafter. Please email if you have any questions on your Store Credit or need assistance in assessing your store account.

Refund policy

For problems under inspection coverage, compensation or exchange will be offered. Please take note that quality, authenticity or functionality related issues are not covered.

Damaged items: If the items you received are found to have damages or defects, please take a photo with the order number and a short description; email us within three (3) days upon receipt.

Missing items: For any missing items, please email our after sales team at with the following details, within three (3) working days upon parcel collections. Details include User ID & Order number or Parcel number.

For any suspicious missing parcel (after 7days of ETA) or parcel status that has been updated to “Completed” or “Acknowledge” before it has been collected, please email our after sales team at within seven (7) working days. *Please be note that VERATI reserves the right to refuse any responsibility on missing parcel after seven (7) days.

The after-sale email address is, we will reply you within 3-5 working days after checking with our team and sellers. The compensation for missing items is up to the full insured value. The compensation for damaged items depends on the severity of the damages and up to the full insured value. You are advised to check inspection coverage session.

Items returned to us without email/enquiry approval will not be refunded.


  1. We aim to deliver the Product to you (within 7-14 working days) at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order and the delivery time subject to the availability of the Products.
  2. We shall notify you if the said Product not available at the time of Order and we expect to be unable to meet your estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
  3. Upon delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You may contact Verati Sdn Bhd at 03-9075 2609 or drop us an email at in case of any faults, defects or damage. You shall be able to provide the documents delivered with the Product, upon request.
  4. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
  5. We deliver in our standard packaging.
  6. If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
  7. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within one week of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
    • charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
    • no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the Order, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the Order, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any storage fees as provided for in clause 7(a) above).
  8. You acknowledge that the Products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.
  9. In event there exists a conflict of total cart size which entitle free shipping, the value on website shall prevail.
